The PRESTANT Organbuilder Limited Partnership was estabilished in 1998. Since then the manager of the company is Németh Imre organbuilder.
Németh Imre started his technical training in the Kaesz Gyula wood-industrial techical college. After he finished his studies in 1991 he migrated to Austria. There he worked at Andreas Kaltenbrunner organbuilder's workshop . He was the foreman of building-up 2 new organs. After four years working in Austria and collectig experience in 1995 he came home to Hungary. Németh Imre in cooperation with Diósi Tamás estabilished the
PRESTANT Organbuilder limited partnership,
in 1998 .
Our company and our workshop was operating in Bátonyterenye at first.
In the year of the millenium our workshop was moved to the city of Pásztó. (It is a small town on the north part of Hungary.) In Pásztó we have got an approximatelly 130 square meter workshop with 3 separated rooms (storage, industrial machines, shop assembly)
Diósi Tamás have been co-operating with Németh Imre since 1996. In 2002 he passed succesfully the AutoCAD 3D sofware user examination. In 2005 he finished the studies in the University of Szeged Faculty of Music as an Organist. His professor was Dr. Csanádi László.
In 2010 Imre Németh took the master degree exam of organ building. Since then he is a trainer of the Hungarian Musical Instrument Maker School.
We feel responsibility of the young organist generation, so we backing financially the Hungarian Basic-level Organ Competition which is organized every 3 years in Salgótarján.
